Mr. William Powell

To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will take action under the Companies Acts to investigate the roles of, and relationship between, Mr. Julian Hodgson of Henderson Crosthwaite and Mr. Ian Kennedy of Govett Strategic Investment Trust in relation to the bids for DRG plc by Pembridge Investments of Bermuda and for Tilbury plc by FJC Lilley plc, and in relation to the Govett Strategic Investment Trust stakes in Marley plc and London International Group plc; and whether he will make a statement.
