Whether they will draw to the attention of the relevant authorities in India and Nepal the effect of the continuation of their disagreement on conservation efforts in the Annapurna area of Nepal.

Both India and Nepal know that we are particularly disturbed by the impact of the dispute on development projects vital to Nepal's future, of which the Annapurna project is one.
