(2) when he expects to announce changes in the roads programme;
(3) when he expects to publish a White Paper on the future of the road system.
§ Mr. Peter BottomleyWe are currently reviewing the trunk road programme, including routes in the north-east region. We expect to announce the results in the early summer.
