§ Mr. Peter BottomleyWe have commissioned a review of the functions of the traffic commissioners and of the traffic area offices to identify any changes which would improve efficiency or standards of performance. The review will be carried out by Mr. J. Palmer, CB, who was a deputy secretary in the Department until his retirement.
