§ Mr. PortilloI understand that this terminal in the port of Hull ran at a loss for many years. After trying without success to secure the registered dock workers' agreement to reduced manning levels in order to make the terminal competitive, Associated British Ports announced its temporary closure last August. This January ABP announced that the closure would be permanent. The future of the terminal site is a commercial decision for ABP.
