§ Mr. Douglas HoggThe available information, which may be incomplete, shows that in 1986 there were 20 prosecutions in Greater Manchester under section 169(1) of the Licensing Act 1964. It is not possible to identify how many of those prosecuted were shopkeepers. 1987 data are not yet available.
