§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonThe Highlands regional council set up a working party to prepare a land use strategy for Caithness and Sutherland. The Forestry Commission attends the working party as an observer and provides advice based on information the commission currently holds. The commission has no plans to carry out any separate surveys of land use in the area.
