Mr. Robin Cook

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will give for each district health authority, regional health authority and special health authority and for England as a total the amount of income to the National Health Service from(a) charitable appeals, (b) subscriptions, (c) donations and grants, (d) legacies, (e) dividends and interests and (f) the total trust fund income for the latest available year.
