To ask the Secretary of State for Transport when he expects the French DGAC to complete its air worthiness review of the AS332L Tiger Super Puma helicopter; and if he will make it his policy to publish the findings.

The Civil Aviation Authority is participating in the French DGAC airworthiness review of the AS 332L helicopter, which is expected to be completed shortly. It will be for the authority, which is wholly responsible for civil aviation safety regulation, to take any action on the outcome of the review.
