§ Mr. RentonInformation in the form requested is not available centrally and could be obtained only at disproportionate cost. On 10 March 1988 there was a total of 178 people detained at the two main establishments used for detention arising from the operation of the immigration laws; that is, 90 at Latchmere house and 88 at Harmondsworth.
