Mr. StewartWe have agreed to make available to the United States Navy a site at RAF Lanark (formerly Winston barracks) for the establishment of a wartime contingency hospital. The costs of establishing and running this facility will be met entirely by the United States, but there will be no permanent presence at the site of United States military personnel in peacetime.
