§ Mr. FreemanCompensation will be payable to those whose rights of common are being legally extinguished at RAF Greenham Common. The general public have no right of access to the land concerned, the freehold of which is held by the Secretary of State for Defence.

In accordance with normal procedures, maintenance and repair work to the fences and structures at Royal Air Force Greenham Common is undertaken as and when necessary.
