§ Mr. ScottGenerally, incomplete claim forms AG1 are returned to the claimant drawing attention to the omissions. Such claims are given priority when they are resubmitted. If a deliberately false declaration were to be detected or suspected further investigation would be carried out and appropriate action taken.
