asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether in the administration of the non-domestic rating system in relation to the 1990 revaluation and thereafter, it is intended that the valuation office of the Inland Revenue shall have greater powers to compel disclosure of information from ratepayers than those currently available under the General Rate Act 1967.
