(2) if he will consider the following local authority estates for possible declaration as housing action trust areas; North Peckham and Gloucester grove (Southwark), Solander gardens, Shadwell gardens, Berner, Ocean, Boundary and Holland (Tower Hamlets), Loughborough and Argell tower (Lambeth);
(3) what criteria are being adopted by his Department in considering possible estates for declaration as housing action trust areas.
