§ Mr. MoynihanOn its formation on 1 April 1987 the staffing levels of Her Majesty's inspectorate of pollution were at 70 per cent. of full complement. Since then recruitment has increased staffing levels to 90 per cent. of full complement. It remains a priority within the Department to fill the remaining vacancies within Her Majesty's inspectorate of pollution.
