§ Mr. MaudeThe enterprise and deregulation unit has contact with the following organisations which particularly represent small businesses:
- Alliance of Small Firms and Self Employed People
- Association of British Chambers of Commerce
- Association of Independent Business
- Confederation of British Industry and its Small Firms Directorate
416 - Engineering Industries Association
- Forum of Private Business
- Smaller Practitioners Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales
- Institute of Directors
- National Chamber of Trade
- National Federation of the Self-Employed and Small Businesses Ltd.
- Retail Consortium
- Union of Independent Companies
Contact occurs whenever the unit or any one of these organisations wishes to consult the other about an issue, and the frequency therefore varies.
