Mr. David Marshall

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will show annual outturn expenditure 1980–81 to 1986–87, estimated expenditure for 1987–88 and forecast expenditure for 1988–89 and 1990–91, in real terms at current prices on(a) trunk road construction, (b) trunk road maintenance, (c) local road construction and (d) local road maintenance.
