To ask the Secretary of State for Transport what is the design traffic flow for the A406 London river crossing.

The Thames bridge section of the proposed East London river crossing has forecast traffic flows of 5,700 (low growth) and 6,200 (high growth) vehicles per hour in the morning peak in 1991.
