§ Mr. Peter BottomleyWe were already planning several major and minor schemes to deal with problem points on the A595/6 trunk route which serves Drigg. We shall take account of the volume of Drigg traffic as necessary in preparing these and any future proposals.
Investment in local roads and rail access are matters for Cumbria county council and British Rail respectively.
