§ Mr. RifkindSince the Education (Publication and Consultation Etc) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1988 were made, I have received 1,676 representations supporting my decision to make these regulations. However, before I made those regulations I had received some 2,000 representations asking me to take action.
