§ Mr. Needham[holding answer 15 February 1988]: Until final accounts in respect of these two schemes have been received it will not be possible to calculate average unit costs precisely. However, based on expenditure to date, average construction and related costs per unit in the Russell court and Belgravia schemes should be in the region of £25,500 and £30,000 respectively.
