Dr. ThomasTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if there have been any recent discussions with(a) the Japanese Government, (b) Euratom and (c) the International Atomic Energy Agency over exports from the United Kingdom of nuclear materials and technology under Cmnd. 3853 on agreement for co-operation between the United Kingdom and Japan in the peaceful uses of atomic energy.
§ Mr. MellorWe have had several contacts with the Japanese Government about the implementation of this agreement, but no recent discussions about the agreement with Euratom or the International Atomic Energy Authority.
