§ Mr. MellorDefence Systems Ltd. (DSL) is subcontracted to Hall and Watts (International) Ltd. which has a commercial contract with the Mozambique Government to provide equipment and training for a Mozambican militia force deployed on security duties on the Nacala railway line. DSL provides the training element of the contract. We have no involvement with this private sector operation, but recognise that the work being done in the Nacala line accords with our overall policy towards Mozambique and the needs of its neighbours.
