§ Mr. Peter BottomleyFrom 1 October this year all newly registered coaches will be required to have seat belts fitted to all exposed forward facing seats. It is passengers in these seats who are most at risk, because they have no other impact protection. They should wear the belts. We will encourage them to do so.
