§ Mr. RentonThese stowaways were detained at Risley remand centre from 22 December 1987 to 15 January 1988216W following refusal of entry. All of them were medically examined there and held in the hospital wing. On 4 January, two of the men scratched themselves on the stomach and chest with a plastic knife causing superficial injuries. No other attempts to injure themselves were made. The men flew to Greece on 15 January under arrangements made by the immigration service and agreed with the men and the Greek authorities.
