§ The Prime MinisterNo. The allegations surrounding the transfer of nuclear material between Belgium and the 769W Federal Republic of Germany are matters for those Governments. Judicial inquiries into them have been set up in both countries and the question is also to be considered by a committee of inquiry of the Federal Germany Parliament. Investigations by the European Commission and the International Atomic Energy Agency have found no evidence of any breach of Euratom safeguards provisions.
