To ask the Prime Minister what assessment she has made of the implications for security in Northern Ireland, with particular reference to the safety of British troops, of the recently announced decision not to prosecute officers of the Royal Ulster Constabulary for alleged offences of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice; and if she will make a statement.
