Who is the present owner of Heveningham Hall, Suffolk, and what arrangements have been made regarding the repairs and maintenance of this Grade I listed building.
The Minister of State, Department of the Environment (The Earl of Caithness)The legal owner of the Heveningham Hall is ID Investment Development AG. Repairs and maintenance are the responsibility of the owner, subject to the provisions of Sections 101, 114 and 115 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971.
