To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will review the types of building systems designated under the Housing Defects Act.

We have no general plans to review the list of nationally designated property types; but we are currently reconsidering Milton Keynes borough council's request that certain properties in its area be designated nationally and hope to reach a decision shortly.
