When the experimental fish counter was installed at Logie on the Scottish North Esk; and whether they will specify amounts paid for installation, initial capital costs and site lease, together with subsequent annual expenditures on operating costs, capital improvements, salaries, maintenance and site lease.

The Logie counter weir was built in 1980 at an initial capital cost of £0.100 million. It is not possible to provide an itemised breakdown of the subsequent annual expenditure on the counter, but the total costs for the period are shown below. In addition, repairs, modifications and maintenance are undertaken every fourth year at a cost of £5,000.
