asked the Secretary of State for Wales why the maps of railways in Wales in "Welsh Transport Statistics" No. 3 1987, No. 2 1986 and No. 1 1985 omit the line from Wrexham to Chester; and if he will make a statement.

I regret that one of the hon. Gentleman's local railway lines was omitted from the map in "Welsh Transport Statistics".

This will be corrected in the next issue.
