§ The Attorney-GeneralThe question of prosecution is a matter for the Director of Public Prosecutions. However, I am not aware of any evidence that Mr. John Larsen was ever in possession of such a document. When he was arrested, Mr. Frank Larsen produced a document purporting to be a warrant card, but which was not. The question of his prosecution for so doing was considered by the Director of Public Prosecutions and he decided that the public interest did not require it.
