HC Deb 02 November 1987 vol 121 cc599-600W
Mr. Cohen

asked the Secretary of State for Defence what action he proposes to take on the evidence of bullying and racism arising from the death of Jeffrey Singh, found hanged at Shorncliffe barracks, Kent; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Freeman

The death of junior soldier Jeffrey Singh was fully investigated by a coroner's court. No evidence of bullying or racism was found.
