§ Mr. Corbynasked the Secretary of State for Transport (1) if he has been informed of any transfer of ownership 611W of land at the Chiswick site occupied by Bus Engineering Ltd. to Bus Engineering Ltd. from London Regional Transport or any subsidiary of London Regional Transport;
(2) what communication there has been between his Department and London Regional Transport concerning the proposed sale of land in Chiswick; when such communication took place; and if he has given his consent to the sale;
(3) if he will make a statement about the proposed sale of Bus Engineering Ltd. by London Regional Transport.
§ Mr. David MitchellLondon Regional Transport announced on 10 July that it was seeking offers for the sale of its subsidiary company, LRT Bus Engineering Ltd. My right hon. Friend has received no request for his consent, either to the disposal of any securities of the subsidiary which are held by LRT, or to the transfer of any land between LRT and the subsidiary.
