§ Mr. TrippierFull guidance will depend on the results of the two-year study being carried out by the Building Research Establishment. Meanwhile, my Department has held a meeting with building control officers in Devon and Cornwall. On the basis of information, they and the National House-Building Council are providing about common constructions in the region, and the best advice currently available, interim guidance will be made available in the autumn.
