§ Mr. Wyn RobertsInformation on traffic volumes in the Dyfed county council area is not available but I have recently met representatives of Dyfed county council to discuss other highway matters.
Since 1983–84 capital allocations to the county council for expenditure supported by transport supplementary grant have totalled £22.9 million. The 1988–89 TSG settlement for Dyfed amounts to £1.904 million. Since 1985–86 provision for transport expenditure falling outside the TSG criterion has been covered by the overall formula capital allocations to counties for all other services. From 1985–86 for Dyfed these amounted to £28.6 million. For 1988–89 the provision is £11.1 million.
