§ Mr. JackTo ask the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will list in theOfficial Report the spending per patient by specialty in the acute sector for each of the district health authorities in the north-west region, and for Brighton, Bournemouth and Southport and Formby district health authorities during the financial years 1981–82 to 1986–87.
§ Mrs. CurrieThe information requested is not available centrally. District health authorities' spending by specialty will, however, be identifiable in their annual financial returns from financial year 1987–88. Health authorities are expected to submit the returns for that year to the Department by the end of June 1988.
