(2) out of those schools which were served with a notice of complaint in 1985 under section 71 of the Education Act 1944, which have (a) closed, (b) had the period for compliance with the notice extended and (c) complied with the terms of the notice;
(3) if he will list those schools which were served with a notice of complaint in 1985 under section 71 of the Education Act 1944.
