§ Mr. AncramSubject to the satisfactory completion of statutory procedures and the availability of finance, work is expected to start on the trunk road section towards the end of 1989. However, this depends on Strathclyde regional council starting work on its section of the route in 1988–89 as stated in its transport policies and programmes.
