§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales (1) whether he will make special financial provision for the Welsh National Opera to allow it to visit a greater number of venues in Wales and to spend more time performing in Wales in general;
(2) whether he will take special measures to alleviate the current financial problems which face the Welsh National Opera Company.
§ Mr. Wyn RobertsFunding of the Welsh National Opera's activities in Wales is a matter for the Welsh Arts Council.
