§ Mr. Mark RobinsonThe transfer of the major accident service from Singleton to Morriston was approved by the then Secretary of State in April 1977 and the provision of a minor casualty unit at Singleton was the subject of the health authority's planning policies from that time until May 1985, when the health authority made a proposal to abandon that commitment which my right hon. Friend was unable to accept.
