asked the Secretary of State for Wales what is the recommended national ambulance call-out reaction time.

Mr. Mark Robinson

The recommended standards for ambulance services within Wales are that 50 per cent. of emergency calls should have a response within eight minutes of the call being received and 95 per cent. within 20 minutes.

asked the Secretary of State for Wales what is the average ambulance call-out reaction time in Caernarfon, Bangor and Llandudno to calls for ambulance service during the hours of 6 pm to 8 am.
