§ Mr. Corbynasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department why the following prisoners have been moved (a) Joseph O'Connell from Parkhurst to Leicester, (b) Tommy Quigley from Wormwood Scrubs to Albany, (c) John McComb from Parkhurst to Long Lartin and (d) Eddie Butler from Leicester to Parkhurst.
§ Mr. MellorMr. O'Connell, Mr. McComb and Mr. Butler were transferred for operational reasons. Mr. Quigley was returned to Albany from Wormwood Scrubs having been transferred temporarily in the interests of good order and discipline at Albany.
