§ Mr. TrippierNo. The distribution of premium places is the responsibility of the Manpower Services Commission's area offices in consultation with Area Manpower Boards and referral services such as the careers service. Eleven further premium places have become available in the London north-east area, and a sub committee of the area manpower board will meet on 14 March to consider proposals from providers before making a final decision about their allocation.
