What are the reasons for the delay in carrying out the monitored trial on a selected site of the "Ruswroe" system of sewer restoration referred to in a Written Answer on 31st July 1985 (col. 330), which stated that this was expected to commence later in that year.

As noted in the Written Answer of 31st July, programmes of monitoring and assessment of novel sewer renovation systems are not co-ordinated centrally. However, I understand in the case of the "Ruswroe" system that one full scale contract is nearing completion and two others are about to start.
