Whether they will list all those voluntary organisations in the Greater London area which have closed, or announced closure, since 1st April 1986; the sums of money which they were granted in their last year of operation, and by whom it was paid; and whether any decision not to fund them further was taken by the Department of the Environment or by the London Boroughs Grant Committee.
