§ Mrs. FennerDerived emergency reference levels, published by the National Radiological Protection board, require consideration to be given to the imposing of restrictions on consumption of water, milk and other foodstuffs when projected levels of effective dose equivalent are above 5 millisieverts in a year or projected dose equivalents to single organs exceed 50 millisieverts in a year.
