HC Deb 26 February 1986 vol 92 c593W
Mr. Adley

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will list those countries, or parts of countries, which Her Majesty's Government perceive as de facto occupied.

Mr. Eggar

The international disputes and conflicts which exist around the world vary widely in their nature and are often complicated; it is not therefore practicable to prepare a list of countries, or parts of countries, by reference to a criterion ofde facto occupation.
