§ Mr. John MacKayApproximately 2,750; 174 surplus to requirements had been sold by 14 February 1986. The average discount in sales to sitting tenants has been approximately 40 per cent. It remains the Government's policy that boards should offer for sale all staff houses which are not essential to the provision of health care.
